People with all goody faces...
lots of talk and no work of course....
This is what u wanted after all...
and this is what makes ur toll....

You look around and u see yourself as an outsider....
Think of people as all, and blots in the plot...
Neways, u dont really wanna spoil your time...
Honeymoon era has begun, as they say; and see that very well rhymes!!

You love the feeling that you are out of the shit....
The things you had to do, but never wanted to....
The things that you wanted to, but never got a chance to...
Its a great hit, not a miss I'll say...

But still feels gr8
To be out of that....
New as life seems to be...
u wanna be out of this, as soon as it can be...

Wait becomes a pain, as u feel....
Desperate what you are, to the deep...
To be at home, and enjoy,
for the D day is here to arrive....!!!

People around!

When you sometimes lay back, relax and see from an outsiders' perspective [ I remember all these terms as they exactly were a good fit for our Black Belt Interview]; you just see all of them doing few things that do not seem to be ok, few things that people seem to be crazy when they are doing, and few things that seem to take most of their time.
Guess what...we did learn a term for all these activities - Non Value Added Activities!!
But this blog is not about that, it is about the job that managers do, and how good generally they are at their respective job, that leads to/eliminates the chaos that seems to be entangling everyone, including them!
MANAGERS - someone who is supposed to manage, but guess what happens at times...????

They are in such a pathetic situation, that you need to manage them. Why?
Because you think, that you cant see thgs going haywire around you. Well that sounds funny, doesnt it? 2 years out of college, and all you care about is how perfectly the things are moving around at your office? Are you kidding me? Nopes. I dont think so. Are you serious? Yes possibly, I am!!

Never expected you to be someone who is altruistic in this respect, treating somebody else's money as your own, treating somebody else's work is so utmost care....SHIT!

You turn around, and you will find yourself facing so many managers - young and old, mind it, who are still a holy piece of shit, a part of the old manager sob sob role...but now an MNC man...c'mon....!!

People who get there by experience....Are you serious? Is it possible? Yes ma'm....I have seen it with my own eyes, you go there, and you see these puppets moving around, who seem to be giving some kind of Gyaan to those around, or sitting in cabins and chit-o-chatting.....well thats work...isnt it....yes, it is!!

Thats what they are paid for....yes, they are!
And its so funny...!!
Managers at a few places are seriously pieces of shit, who dont know a damn thg, all they haveon theor resumes is their experiences.....
Well I sometimes wonder if experience counts so much, thats the day it comes to your resume, you become the 10th wonder of the world.........
Seems to be wierd, not a bit but a lot....!!
But can you help it....???
